We reached out to Vicki and set up some time for a virtual call (we weren't living in Austin at the time). During the call, she walked us through the entire process: what to expect, market & financial expectations, and how long the process would take, also recommended local lending agencies we should reach out to, to speed up the offer & closing process.
We came to Austin for 10 days and Vicki booked those days just for us. We provided the houses we were interested in and she set up the viewings. At each location, she provided us with copies of the full background, details, and necessary specifications of the house.
She was always responsive to phone calls, text messages, and emails between us which made this process much easier.

My husband and I were a little concerned when we decided to buy a house, we have never done this before and mostly everyone finds it a very stressful process, but we were very lucky to have Vicki helping us through out this whole time. Vicki works for Bramlett Partners and was referred to us by a friend that she also helped a few years back.
