Vikki Davis with Bramlett Partners Real Estate was amazing, she started sending me listing after we initially spoke. She listened to what we said and got a good sense of what we wanted. She found The House for us in our third viewing and continued showing us houses. It became evident in comparing homes to our first choice was The House. She let the agent know we were very interested. In following up with the agent was told of another offer was being presented at 2pm. We switched gears and spent our lunch hour writing up our offer. She was key in us getting our bid accepted. I am impressed by her commitment, building a solid relationship with us and how dedicated she is in getting us our dream home. I am so thankful for finding her, as she was truly instrumental in the process. Nick and I both got Covid right before we were supposed to leave. She went above and beyond by checking on us, offering to get us anything we needed, reminding us of deadlines and paperwork needing to be signed. I really enjoyed working with Vikki throughout this process. Her kindness was well received and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend her to others.
