She even previewed some homes for us and sent detailed videos to us ahead of time to help further tailor our search when we had limited in person time. She is a breath of fresh air and was/is always ready to help us in any way, whether it be pointing out important things to note in the homes we were viewing, helping to wrangle our toddler so my husband and I could focus, or answering our endless questions via email or text. Further, her brokerage has great tools that sent us new properties and information on what homes in the area were selling for, which helped us put together a competitive and fair offer when it was time.
