After falling in love with Austin and making the goal to make it our permanent home, my Fiancé and I figured we needed some help navigating this crazy market, especially as first time home buyers. We began our search on the various websites (Zillow, Redfin, Realty Austin, etc., etc.). Since we liked the interface and listings on Libby’s website, we eventually signed up for the newsletter and began getting emails from Libby. We decided to ask if she could help and that was the best decision we could have made. Over the course of almost an entire calendar year, Libby provided us with expertise, patience, and exemplary customer service. She completely understands the first time home buyer and always had an answer for our 101 questions. Below is a (non-exhaustive) list of how Libby was such a help to us: • Strong listener, remembers what we say and applies it to her searches • Very Responsive and Flexible - spent an entire day taking us to 8 properties and made sure her availability matched ours since we lived out of town (this is just one example, her communication was always responsive as well) • Patient - never tried to "steer" us in a specific direction • Respected our opinion while also politely giving her own - her actions made it clear she was more interested in finding us our dream home, than cashing a commission check • Expertise on the Austin market - gave good guidance on when to consider pulling the trigger and when to maybe wait for another opportunity. Also had knowledge of what a home should go for in a given Austin neighborhood ○ This was extremely useful during the Spring of 2022 when buyers were going 50k over list and foregoing inspections • Had our back when our builder was not meeting expectations In the end, we put offers in on 3 homes with Libby before landing our dream home. When the house we eventually closed on appeared on market, she made accommodations for her team to meet us at the house same day. In such a competitive field and market, we never once doubted Libby and trusted her as if she were family and we became friends throughout the process. Teresa and I were very impressed with Libby and the entire team helping her. Even while Libby was on vacation, she kept helping us get things done in our home search and was always cheerful about doing it. She was in constant communication with us during the entire process. Lastly, even though our deal fell through in Lago Vista, Libby still helped us get in touch with a San Antonio agent, when we decided to buy in Canyon Lake. So kudos to Libby and her team!

Libby was great. The sale of my house had many difficult turns. I am so happy she stuck with us from start to finish. She went over and above to help us to the finish line.
