Once again, Rita helped me find the ideal house in the cutest neighborhood. She helped me secure the lease on the first application we submitted for our number 1 pick! I really appreciate her going out of her way to spend her busy Saturday afternoon driving around Cedar Park and NW Austin. She is so efficient, forthright, and honest, which makes what is generally a super stressful experience such a breeze. And she always knows when its the wrong place off the bat, so lets not waste time, let's get onto the next. And she convinced the property management company to replace all the gross carpet, which was such a relief. When I moved into my last house, she pointed out a nearby little known nature preserve that had cool art scattered throughout. I might not had ventured in there if she hadn't mentioned it, which would have been a shame because it quickly became my sanctuary during the pandemic. That's the value of going with a native Austinite like Rita! I always recommend her when folks say they are looking to make a move around town. We are SO HAPPY with our new place! I feel like I hit the jackpot, yet again!
