Nancy Winston with Bramlett was such a joy to work with! Nancy helped us both buy and sell in a really tough market. We didn't make it easy with a very limited timeline and small geographic preference for buying, but her knowledge, experience, and calming demeanor made it a smooth process. She helped keep me calm, helped us to set realistic expectations, and everything worked out smoothly and efficiently for both our sale and purchase.
