Sally is amazing....a true miracle worker. She is an incredible negotiator. She sold our home for $40,000 over asking after 1 weekend of open houses. She then was able to help us buy a new build with only 1% down and with a VA loan in todays competitive market. However, the best part about meeting Sally is that she is a very caring and honest person. We are lucky to have not only a talented realtor but a great new friend too. She is the best.
