Julie was incredible to work with during one of the biggest transitions in our lives.

We moved from the East Coast to Texas with a young family and honestly didn’t know where to start. We weren’t just looking for a house, we were trying to figure out where to build roots, what areas made sense, and what would actually work long term for both me and my wife.

Julie guided us through all of it.

She also walked us through the tradeoffs between new builds and existing homes in a very practical way. Taxes, long term costs, resale considerations, all the things you don’t fully think about until you’re in it. She made it all clear without overwhelming us.

What stood out most was how patient and steady she was. There were moments where my wife and I had different priorities, and Julie helped us navigate that without pressure. She gave us space to think but also helped us move forward with confidence.

We also started this process as renters, so this wasn’t a quick jump into buying. Julie supported us through that phase as well and never rushed the process. That meant a lot.

In the end, we found a home that truly fits our family and something we can grow into for years. We’re really grateful for her guidance and would recommend her to anyone, especially if you’re relocating and need someone who knows how to walk you through the full picture.
