I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Rita both on the sale of my home this past September and on the pending purchase of a new one at present. The sale of the home came with a few bumps in the road "on the buyer's end," and Rita resolved those issues seamlessly. She left no stone unturned. She's so thorough, knowledgeable, punctual; I could go on. Of course, I wanted to involve Rita in the purchase of the new home and am thrilled that the end is just around the corner. Yay! I'm thankful for her patience and in working with me as I made numerous changes regarding pricing and location. The MLS listings were so helpful, and we finally nailed it. What a find. It's beautiful. Memories made.

My initial experience in working with Rita when she helped me sell my home in Buda, Texas, was superb, so of course, I wanted to involve her with the purchasing of a new home. It was a very pleasant experience, and everything went very smoothly. She comes highly recommended.
