Rita might be the best realtor we've ever had! Strongly recommend her services to anybody looking for a new home - my girlfriend and I have purchased/sold 3 homes over the past 4 years and we have never had such level of communication, follow and commitment to deadlines. I could spend 2 hours writing about Rita. Anyway, we have already referred somebody and we will be purchasing investment homes from these guys hopefully very soon.
