Nathan is a wonderful realtor! He's is very supporting and customer focused. We looked at 19 homes to find the best fit for me. He facilitated 24/7 communication with the builder's reps to ensure every "I" was dotted and "T" was crossed. He also provided reality checks from his team as new construction contracts are much different than resale. I highly recommend Nathan.
