We had a great experience working with Carson at Bramlett Partners as our buyer's agent! As first-time homebuyers, there was a lot we didn't know, but Carson patiently guided us through the entire process and answered every question we had. During negotiations, he helped us put together a competitive offer when the seller was being difficult. He also helped with last-minute closing cost adjustments that saved us some money out-of-pocket, and has continued to answer our questions even after closing. We really appreciated his help through the process!
