Working with Sarah Crowson on buying and selling my last house was great! She helped me create and refine the right criteria to find the ideal sized house with a wonderful yard, in the location I desired. We reviewed quite a few homes before I found the house I wanted to purchase. I was not pressured into buying any homes that I was not comfortable with. She also helped point out potential issues during walkthroughs.
The sale side of my house went wonderfully. She had a staging company come in and set the house up to look great. A professional photographer took the pictures. All of this generated a lot of interest in the house. I had a request to see the house within 2 hours of the sale posting online, with many more the next day. I had an offer in under 24 hours and an agreement within 2 days. The whole process was really smooth. I would highly recommend Sarah.
