This was our second time working with Rita Little, and she is just the best realtor! She came highly recommended and was very patient and knowledgeable about the market we were looking in. We were buying in Round Rock but lived in Houston at the time. Rita went above and beyond to go look at houses for us and Facetime because the market was so competitive. More recently, she helped us buy another home near Canyon Lake. Again, she was so patient while we waded through homes in our price range. Rita met us at the lake numerous times until we finally found something that fit our many criteria, which took a few months. We always recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell, and if we need a real estate agent in the future, we would not hesitate to call her again.
