There are some Realtors who do pretty much nothing and collect their commish for a few forms and opening a lockbox. Rita Little goes so beyond the scope and duty. I just spent the last several months working with her and literally memorizing the MLS. Rita not only had the patience of every Saint (I would name one but I don't really know any) she never once pressured me to do anything, ever. In tough choice situations, she would matter of factly walk me through the pros and cons and in doing so every time she impressed me with how well she listened and understood my needs and what I was shopping for every single time. When it came time to negotiate she never responded with what would benefit her and her commish only what was within my best interest. I have purchased a bit of real estate and Rita is amazing! She was knowledgeable about the money, 1030 tax exchange, appraisals, all of it! Every single area of town she knew...I know because I looked EVERYWHERE! If there was something she didn't know and needed to research I knew the answer as soon as she was on a desktop or heck she did it right there on her phone or iPad. Getting me the information I needed to make a smart choice was first and foremost and she always made me feel like a priority. This is the Realtor you want and need. I will not buy real estate without her, she is my go to and I can't recommend her services enough.
