Bramlett is more than just real estate home sales. We had a family member recommend Yolanda Johnson and we could not have been happier with our experience.

Yolanda was a true professional and she took pride in her work. I think most people think of real estate agents as professionals selling homes. We specifically needed helping buy unimproved-ish land and we had no idea what we were doing.

As we progressed through the land buying process, we had a lot of questions for Yolanda. She took on every question as if it were an opportunity to invest her time and give a thoughtful response. I think most people expect the basic response of, "this is usually what this means" when real estate agents explain a difficult or complex topic that a buyer may be concerned about. In reality, every situation has a unique set of details influencing and altering the outcome of a topic. Sometimes there may be an easy explanation or conclusion to your concern, and sometimes it may be more complicated depending on the scenario. Yolanda's approach is simple, invest time in the client for the best possible outcome and everyone benefits.

Truly, she was a delight to work with. There was no pushing or Jedi mind tricks when it came to negotiating. We always spoke openly and directly about offer expectations during sales.
