Carson was my buyer’s agent when I was a first-time homebuyer, and I had a fantastic experience working with him. He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home’s value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller’s agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.
