My experience of buying a new home in Austin with Rita Little was as pleasant as it could possibly have been. Even though she was recommended by a highly reliable source, previous experiences with buying and selling homes in San Francisco, Fairfield County, Connecticut and Carson City, Nevada were so stressful I was reluctant to enter into the home buying experience again. Her authentic concern to find the exact right house for me infused every step of this journey. My family and I agree that the service she provided was exceptional. She promptly returned all communication. Because this process can be stressful her natural low-key demeanor facilitated a purchase that was stress-free. She arranged absolutely everything with great attention to detail, professionalism, kindness and awareness of my price range. Rita Little: Authentic. Professional. Low key. Detail oriented. Extraordinarily home buyer friendly!
