The entire process of working with Matt McMenamin to purchase our first duplex was an excellent experience. We viewed homes all the way from San Marcos to Taylor and he would always work us into his schedule. Throughout the entire process once we found the duplex we wanted went incredibly smooth and he helped us negotiate the best possible terms for our closing process, and he was always very quick to respond and accommodate!
