I became frustrated after trying to look for a house on my own after about six months. I later found Rita Little and was so glad that she listened to what I had to say, where I wanted to live and how much money I want to spend on a home. Rita also gave me great ideas, showed me multiple homes and was very polite. She knew me very well and knew exactly what I wanted in a house in the desired location I wanted. Eleven months later, Rita found me the new home that I am currently living in now. Even though the home is 32 years old, it still feels new now that I'm having to bring it up to date.
