Originally from the East Coast, Becky Welch was born and raised in Connecticut, where she earned her Master’s in Education from UConn (Go Huskies!). Looking for a change and an adventure, she moved to Austin with just her older brother as a connection. Since arriving, she has embraced the city’s diversity, year-round outdoor lifestyle, and the warmth of its people, all of which make Austin an incredible place to call home.

Before transitioning to real estate, Becky was a 4th-grade teacher, a role that taught her invaluable skills in communication, organization, and adaptability. Her experience advocating for her students now translates seamlessly into her work as an agent. Becky is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams, guiding them through every step of the process with attention to detail and a genuine passion for empowering others.

Becky lives with her husband, David, and their two rescue dogs, Pisco and Sadie, who bring joy and energy to their lives. In her free time, Becky enjoys running, Pilates, and Orange Theory workouts. She also has a passion for volunteering at local animal rescues and spending time with her family in the Lake Travis area. When she’s not on the move, she loves listening to mystery audiobooks and finding inspiration in home goods stores.
