A true Austinite, Bianca was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and has watched the city grow into the vibrant, diverse community it is today. Real estate has been a part of Bianca’s life for as long as she can remember, with her family working in the industry for over 20 years. After high school, she studied business in community college while taking on a role as a contract coordinator for a local real estate team. It didn’t take long for Bianca to realize that real estate was her true calling, and seven years later, she hasn’t looked back.

Bianca’s deep roots in Austin give her a distinct advantage when helping clients navigate the ever-changing market. Her knowledge of the area, combined with her passion for providing exceptional service, allows her to guide clients through each step of the home buying or selling process with confidence and expertise. In her personal time, Bianca enjoys spending time with her partner of three years, Will, and her two beloved dogs, Ed and Kona, and taking long walks around Town Lake with a fresh cup of coffee in hand. She loves spending quality time with her family, cooking fresh meals, and catching up on her favorite TV shows. Whether boating on Lake Austin, enjoying a meal at Enchiladas Y Mas—a family favorite for over 30 years—or exploring everything Austin has to offer, Bianca feels fortunate to call this one-of-a-kind city home.
