I want to immediately say David went above and beyond what we could have expected. We started looking for an investment property in Austin about a year ago, beginning with condos near downtown. At the time, none of us were local, and David went above and beyond to help us understand the Austin market. He gave us great insight into different options and locations. He provided great service by doing video tours for us, as well. We had an accepted offer on a condo, but in the end, we had to withdrawal due to lack of rental permits in that condo association. David showed understanding and support in those decisions, which was very appreciated.

Over the next year, David continued communication with us and his system provided daily updates, and he also personally reached out to us when something particular would suit us. He was extremely patient with us as we changed strategies. We were trying to find a plan that would work in this competitive market, and he showed a lot of understanding. The most impressive part of our experience with David was over the past couple of months. We were up against over a dozen offers, some cash. David was able to use his feel and expertise to craft the right offer, approach the seller in the right way, and convince the seller of how smooth the process would be with his team. I thought we had no chance when I heard how many offers there were and that we weren't the highest.
