He is a very knowledgeable agent and knows a lot about the Austin housing market. We looked at several places before deciding on our condo, and he always had very insightful information on all the places that we looked at that we weren't aware of (i.e., foundation issues, HOAs, etc.) He was always quick to point out faults in properties that we weren't able to catch which was great because he did everything in our best interest rather than trying to make a sale quickly. We will definitely be using David Ivy again once we start investing in more properties!
