We spent over a year with Debbie waiting for our home out of state to sell. We would give her a list of homes to see, and she would use her extensive market knowledge to do all sorts of research to give us information on whether we wanted to take the time to look at certain listings or not.

First off I would like to say how stress free Debbie made such a stressful purchase for me. She basically held my hand every step of the way and to top it off when I have some family matters to attend she continued to advocate for me with the sellers. She is absolutely a Shark in sea full of a lot of fish. She was also very helpful with breaking everything down, explaining the fine print with all of the paperwork and necessary steps I had to take. When it comes to recommending someone I give her a 10 out of 10. I wanted to take the time and give her the credit she deserves, I am truly Thankful of Debbie.
