My wife and I just completed the sale of our home and had Debbie as our agent. From day one, Debbie was on top of everything and kept us informed every step of the process. Stating the obvious…moving is hard. Selling a home is a big deal and we needed someone who would take a sluggish market and turn it on it’s head. Truth be told, we were skeptical that we would be able to sell our home quickly, but Debbie’s confidence and marketing plan won us over.

The movers came, packed and loaded us, and we were on our way to another state, leaving sweet memories, good friends, and our house keys behind. She coordinated with a staging company to bring in furniture and accessories to accentuate the great features of our home. She had an open house within days.

It paid off! Debbie was able to secure a full price offer within two weeks — unheard of in a neighborhood where homes were languishing through the holidays and into the new year.

But it didn’t stop there. Coordinating with the buyer to have some fixes completed seemed endless to us 886 miles away, but Debbie never tired. She even went to Home Depot to secure a few items the new owner wanted. Wow!
