Can I see it in 30 minutes?" request and always happily answered my millions of questions. 4. Inspection process - Eric patiently walked us through the inspection document and not only helped us prioritize the problems but also negotiated with the seller for the repair costs.
5. Post sale support: On the closing day, Eric met us at the title company and sat through the whole 2 hours to ensure our questions were answered during the title transfer process. Not just that, Eric touched base with us a week after we moved in to ensure we settled down okay. Talk about great customer experience.
