Julie’s Testimonials

Julie helped me find the perfect investment property! Being a first time home-buyer and investor, her knowledge and willingness to wade through my process with me was absolutely priceless. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Austin market
and was always two steps ahead of me in my search. Working with Julie has been a wonderful experience.

Julie was absolutely one of the best agents I have ever worked with in many years of buying and selling real estate. She is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. She represented me in a purchase transaction and really worked hard to help me find the right home. Once found she stayed on top of all the details, provided amazing support and was a problem solver with a couple difficult issues. I highly recommend Julie Stoakley and would work with her again.

Julie is a dream agent!! She made me feel immediately at home when we first moved to Austin! I love that she was able to get us setup in a temporary furnished home and then advise on buying the perfect house! She is incredibly accommodating and patient, which I needed as a first time home buyer! I really appreciated the fact that Julie really listened to what I wanted in a home and that she was able to make it happen for me! Julie made she that we did everything to win our offer and was by my side the entire time to make sure we would nail it! I think it's rare for a first time home buyer to win their first offer, that should speak volumes of Julie's capabilities. I would work with Julie time and time again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience using Julie Stoakley when purchasing a house in Austin. Julie is very friendly and made us feel like we were her only client. She returned calls quickly and got us more information than we asked for. She guided us through the inspection process and was there for both inspections. We found her to be very informed and experienced with the Austin market and honestly we feel we could not have found a more professional person to get the purchase closed.
