Julie’s Testimonials
Julie had leased our property as a corporate rental before we decided to sell it. She got us a good monthly rate and kept it leased continuously. When we decided to sell, the market was slower than we expected and, although we had a really nice property, we were a little worried it wouldn’t sell quickly or at an acceptable price. Julie’s marketing and pricing strategies were smart though and we had multiple offers we were happy with 4 days after it was listed. She made the process easy and fairly stress free. Enjoyed working with her!

My wife and I had the best experience purchasing our first home with Julie. Julie went above and beyond to find a ton of options that fit our requirements. She also guided us with expertise through the extremely competitive Austin market and managed to secure a home for us on our second offer. Apart from her expertise, Julie is just a stand up person and very nice to work with. Would highly recommend her.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Julie Stoakley in our investment property search. She's an investment property owner herself, and fully recognizes the unique characteristics of single- and multi-family rentals, and the economics behind that decision. Over the course of the past two months, Julie proved time and again, her professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. Halfway through our search, we changed our parameters from investment property in Austin to investment property on Lake LBJ. Some realtors would have taken that as a sign that we weren't serious, but Julie adapted quickly to our needs and we eventually found the perfect condo for both our personal use and short-term rentals. Always patient, Julie navigated us through some tricky waters, kept in constant contact and negotiated shrewdly on our behalf. We would recommend her 100%!

Julie was our realtor and she was with us every step if the way! As new home buyers, there was a lot of new info that would have been overwhelming had it not been for Julie taking the time to go over the details of every step of the process. Her patience is unmatched and her team was so helpful. They're the reason I'm able to write this review from my new master bedroom Julie was our realtor and she was with us every step if the way! Julie is very knowledgeable and she went out of her way to ensure that we, as first time home buyers, understood every part of the process. She took time out to patiently explain every section of the contract and sale deed to us so we know what we are getting into!
