Kathleen Wainwright was our broker/agent extraordinaire. We were sellers and we closed on our house on May 20. From the very beginning to the end Ms. Wainwright and her team were diligent in helping to get our home prepped, listed and all the appropriate documents gathered together for our eventual sale. This help was key because we were out of state sellers. Our house was priced right for the market and sold in a timely fashion. We originally worked with Kathleen as tenants on a home we leased (she represented the owner). We were so comforted by the transaction that when we found ourselves, as owners, looking first for tenants then for buyers, we went straight to her. We hope to one day use her services again.

I have nothing but praise for Kathleen as our Realtor. She took charge of each situation from beginning to end. She definitely exceeded all expectations of what a Realtor should do.
