Kathleen was amazing to work with!!! This was our first home so it was great to have her expertise to help us every step of the way. We were lucky to find the exact house we wanted right away but Kathleen was very helpful in showing us a handful of other homes in our price range so we knew that we were making the best decision. She was fantastic at coaching us as we looked at homes. There were a number of things we wouldn't have even thought about so we appreciated her attention to details. As this was our first time going through this I was very needy and Kat was always available and had great advice for us. She was very professional from day one and well past closing! In fact, when the seller moved out the home wasn't as clean as we had hoped. Immediately I got a call from a cleaning company saying they're coming by to clean our house as a treat from Kat! Additionally she gave us fantastic references for our home inspection and moving company and they both were great to work with. My wife and I would absolutely recommend working with Kathleen!
