Margaret is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience helping clients navigate life’s transitions. Originally from North Austin, Margaret has called the Round Rock area home since 1995. With its vibrant community, stunning hill country, and wealth of outdoor activities, Central Texas has been the perfect place to raise her family and build a thriving career.
Before entering real estate, Margaret earned her Bachelor’s in Engineering from Texas A&M and a Master’s in Marketing from Purdue, which led to a successful corporate career in sales and strategic planning. Her roles in the pharmaceutical, orthopedic, and semiconductor industries taught her valuable lessons in persistence, attention to detail, and collaboration—skills she now brings to every transaction. When a corporate move threatened to take her away from Austin in 2002, Margaret followed her entrepreneurial spirit into real estate and never looked back. Helping people through major life transitions has become her passion, and her creative problem-solving approach ensures every client enjoys a smooth and positive experience.
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys life with her husband Larry, a fine artist whose work often enhances her home staging efforts. Together, they share a love for camping in their travel trailer, hiking, mountain biking, and playing pickleball. Their two beloved dogs, Major and Paul, are joined by the foster dogs they care for through Gold Ribbon Rescue, helping them find loving new homes. With seven grandchildren and a close-knit family, Margaret treasures every moment spent in the vibrant community she proudly calls home.
