Tara McGuire and the fine folks at Bramlett were amazing during the sale of my mother's house. There was no pressure to go under contract to list the house before we were ready. Once under contract her team kept me informed of the process and most of the paper work was done electronically which was a time saver for me. Tara provided lists of contractors to help with some of the work we needed done before listing. Throughout the process including closing, Tara was respectful and compassionate and flexible. Even after we closed and when all was said and done, Tara helped me out with other paperwork I needed to get together. I definitely will use her for any future real estate needs!
