At times when we were very much down emotionally because of losing a bid or two very narrowly, he would say all the right things to keep us on the look out for another home that would be even better fit. We ended up with a home that we like a lot, and a lot of the credit goes to Craig helping us and having timely discussions with seller's agent(s) all the time.
