This is my fourth...yes, my fourth real estate transaction with Tara McGuire! I've used Tara to buy and sell our family home, and then again for  investment properties. Buying and/or selling a home today in Austin, TX can be very overwhelming, as this city is in such high demand and the desire for homes are outweighing the supply. Tara has been in Austin and in the real estate industry for over 20 years, so she is not only a top agent in Austin, she's a local! There was never a question I had to ask because it was already answered. She simplified every complication, minimized every major detail and ensured that every base was covered. Most importantly, she always works her magic and somehow, someway, she makes every part of the entire transaction perfect and you end up with way more than you wanted!

Tara is a wonderful realtor. I had a historic multi-family Clarksville home in downtown Austin. I had a bad first experiance with another realtor and agency. I contacted Bramlett Realtors after terminating that contract and reached Tara. I explained to her that the property I was wanting to sell was a historic one of a kind downtown property. Although the property had an amazing location and alot of historic charm and some beautiful artistc upgrades, it was going to be hard to sell. It was a complicated one of a kind property, that required more atttention then other sales. Tara did a great job. She secured banks that were able to finance our one of a kind multi-family sale if neccessary. Tara stuck by me after three contracts fell through. We ended up securing an all cash contract and closed in ten days. I was very lucky to find Tara. She did a great job representing me, and I felt like she had my back during entire time of representation. Worked with Craig McGuire of Bramlett Partners and had the best home buying experience.  My wife, Diana, is a realtor in Pennsylvania, so we know something about the process and customer service.  Relocating to Austin can be daunting, especially with not knowing the landscape and areas most in tune with our needs.  Craig met with us virtually several weeks before our first trip to Austin.  His efforts to get to know us and to define initial search criteria was a welcome experience.  We were able to critique many homes before arrival, which allowed Craig to zero-in to our unique needs.  Wow!  Craig produced home showing plans that were outstanding.  He spent at least three days showing homes and was extremely attentive.  We decided on a home that is perfect for us and through Craig's knowledge of the competitive market, guided us into an offer that was accepted first off.  No horrow stories for us and a big thanks to Craig.  A true gentleman and consumate professional.  I highly recommend working with Craig!
