With a distinguished career as a professor and researcher at the University of Texas spanning over 26 years, Nancy brings unparalleled expertise, care, and analytical insight to her work in real estate. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Nancy came to Austin in 1986 to attend UT and fell in love with the city’s vibrant energy and outdoor lifestyle. She stayed to earn her MA and PhD in French Linguistics, and ultimately became the French Language Program Director at UT in 2006. Today, she balances her full-time role at the university with her thriving career in real estate.
Nancy’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by the architecture of her Louisiana roots and the experience of renovating four homes in central Austin with her husband of 29 years, Franck. When she became an empty nester, she embraced the opportunity to pursue real estate and hasn’t looked back. Known for her client-centered approach, Nancy combines her academic background with her love of people, offering a unique ability to educate her clients, analyze market data, and guide them through the buying or selling process with care and precision. For Nancy, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about building trust and meaningful connections.
Outside of work, Nancy enjoys spending time with Franck and their two daughters, Audrey and Camille. Whether rowing with her competitive team at Texas Rowing Center, walking the Town Lake Trail with their sassy Havanese, Beauregard, or sharing a table of amazing food with family and friends, she loves the sense of community that defines Austin.
