Drawing on a decade of experience as an owner/operator in the Austin restaurant and bar industry, Philip brings exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations. Joining Bramlett Partners in 2020, he elevated his practice with cutting-edge marketing, technology, and data-driven insights, allowing him to offer unparalleled support and build lasting relationships rooted in trust and integrity.

Originally from Houston, Philip moved to Austin in 1985 to attend the University of Texas, where he earned a degree in Economics. After a stint in Houston pursuing an MBA and managing restaurants, he returned to Austin to partner with a local restaurant group. He fell in love with the city’s vibrant energy, diverse dining options, and abundant green spaces. Today, he enjoys serving clients throughout Austin and the surrounding metroplex, helping them navigate the area’s thriving real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Philip and his wife Scarlett enjoy traveling, particularly to beach destinations, and spending quality time with their granddaughter, Nora. An outdoor enthusiast, Philip can often be found running, cycling, skiing, or fishing, and he loves capturing life’s special moments through photography. At home, he and Scarlett share their lives with their two energetic dogs, Bella and Chloe.
