Rita’s Testimonials

I'm a first-time homeowner, and I could not have done it without Rita Little, working with Rita for the last few months was an amazing experience she's a very hard worker, patient, honest, and she makes sure things get done, she's as family now! She made it happen for my family and me! Whatever I say and no matter how much I thank her is not enough ! She's the absolute best!

This was our second time working with Rita Little, and she is just the best realtor! She came highly recommended and was very patient and knowledgeable about the market we were looking in. We were buying in Round Rock but lived in Houston at the time. Rita went above and beyond to go look at houses for us and Facetime because the market was so competitive. More recently, she helped us buy another home near Canyon Lake. Again, she was so patient while we waded through homes in our price range. Rita met us at the lake numerous times until we finally found something that fit our many criteria, which took a few months. We always recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell, and if we need a real estate agent in the future, we would not hesitate to call her again.

We worked with Rita Little to find and purchase our new (DREAM) home. She is such an outstanding agent. She is thorough, super knowledgeable, and was easy to reach at all times to answer my many questions. She did a great job negotiating, and we ended up getting the house below asking price in a super competitive market. She also has a great personality and a calm and caring demeanor. I can't recommend Rita enough.

We've had Rita help with 2 commercial real estate deals in about the last year. She's resourceful and attentive. We'll definitely keep using her.
