The sale was a very challenging one, solely because a co-owner of the property made it difficult. Despite this, Tara stayed by our side and worked with us to get the house in top shape and prepare everything necessary to sell our house at a reasonable price. She worked with us for months and never gave up. We ended up selling the house for a great price because of all the hard work and persistence that Tara provided.

She really knows her stuff - she was able to give accurate prices for what the house was worth based on its condition. When I reached out to Bramlett via the online contact tool, I had already spoken with several realtors in the Austin area. My inquiries were met with lackluster responses, likely because my husband and I didn't plan to purchase for several months. But when I contacted Bramlett Partners at 10pm on a weeknight, Tara called me first thing the next morning. She encouraged us to visit Austin soon, since we are relocating from Dallas, to get an idea of the neighborhoods and market.

During this exploratory trip, we felt no pressure to buy ahead of our schedule. She gave us a great overview of central Austin neighborhoods and helped us narrow down the best areas for us.

As we watched desirable properties sell in 1-2 days in our ideal neighborhood, my husband and I decided to offer on properties earlier than we planned. Tara helped us construct desirable offers that won the deal two-out-of-three times in multiple offer situations.

We offered and were accepted on a property that we expected to have some foundation problems. Tara arranged for multiple foundation repair experts to evaluate the property before the inspection and send estimates. When it turned out that the foundation was very severely damaged, we were able to walk away before the inspection, saving us the additional expense. I never felt pressured to continue with a purchase that turned out to require more than I felt comfortable taking on; in fact, Tara made sure that I knew exactly how much of a project it would be.

We are now under contract for our second property, past the option period, and closing is right around the corner. We are very pleased that we are ending up in our ideal neighborhood and in a house we love.

Tara is very prompt with email and texts, and she's enthusiastic at every step. Be sure to ask her for vendor recommendations as well! She seems to know all of the best people for mortgages, insurance, and more-with the most competitive pricing.
