Our (My wife and I) situation was no easy feat, we contacted her from overseas and we only had a small window of opportunity to view places. Vicki actually found the house we decided to buy, and it wasn't even on my list. She tentatively listened to our wants and needs and found us the perfect home. Since we had to do all our closing via mail out/online; Vicki went above and beyond what should be expected of not only a realtor but a person. I was taking a new job here in Austin and needed a house quickly so that my wife and son could move here. I called Bramlett and spoke to Vicki Duran and asked Vicki to take us around Austin for a two day period to find a house. Vicki immediately emailed us a number of listing and let us decide on the type of house we were looking for. She spent two days with us but we had not found our dream home. We came back the following weekend and Vicki spent another two days and did a detailed search for the home we were looking for that was not too far from my office.
