Originally from San Antonio, Vivia moved to Austin in 1999 after a few years in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she got married in the picturesque town of Sedona. Drawn to Austin by her husband's job and the city’s unique charm, Vivia quickly fell in love with its vibrant culture, beautiful lakes, and rolling hills. With a background in dry cleaning sales and medical sales, Vivia honed her skills in educating and assisting others, experiences that translate seamlessly into her real estate career. She began her journey in real estate after being inspired by her husband’s family, who are deeply involved in the industry, and by her own love of learning and exploring homes.

Outside of real estate, Vivia enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, Michael, and their two daughters, one of whom is at UCSB while the other is starting cosmetology school. Her home is full of energy with two dogs, Ginger and Lana, and a cat, Marci. In her free time, she loves exercising, playing with her pets, and exploring Austin’s food and music scenes. Vivia also enjoys traveling, from the Fredericksburg area to destinations around the globe, and running her Airbnb in Stonewall.

Vivia helped us in buying our first home. It was an amazing experience. Vivia made it so easy for us. We were not local and we just met Vivia once and told her our preferences and that’s it. She did a bunch of video tours for us and we were very sure that Vivia would take care of all the nitty gritty details and that’s just what she did. She would send detailed pictures... of a broken tile... scratches on the floors... just like the things you would notice when you’re going through a home yourself. She would even tell us what would be safe with a baby and what wouldn’t be. As we were expecting our first child, her insights were super helpful and things we wouldn’t have considered/known anyway. She worked with a tough deadline as we wanted to move in as quickly as possible. After a few offer refusals we landed on our perfect home. Thanks to Vivia and her willingness to work even during her vacation, we put in an offer in time for our current home and we couldn’t be happier. She was very thorough with the paperwork and took care of all the details of the contract (knowing we wouldn’t know any of these anyway) with all the financial and legal Mumbo jumbo. She made everything so easy that we pretty much shopped did online shopping for our home. If you’re looking to move to Austin just like we did, I would highly recommend Vivia. She knows the market, great at negotiating deals and above all she’s just so personable. I would give 10 stars (out of 5) if I can! Oh and did I mention we still stay in touch! She’s THAT awesome.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vivia. But, most importantly she priced our house right.
