Eric sold our house in Austin this year and was a very big help. The property had been a rental for a few years so he helped us get contractors in to change out the floors, paint the house, make the yard look nice, and fix a roof leak. Eric and his team worked really efficiently and were able to get everything done in about 3 weeks. He did a great job marketing the house and helped us negotiate a good deal on the house when the market was slowing down.
