We have been with our realtor Erin for over 2 yrs. It sounds crazy that it has been that long, but the entire experience has been wonderful. Not only is she professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, but she is also kind-hearted and down to earth. She is Aunty Erin to our girls! We moved from New York City to Austin and met Erin during our planning phase. She was a great resource to have while trying to pick locations, schools, new build vs. purchasing, and navigating the surrounding areas. Even when our move was delayed due to our daughter's surgeries, she continued to stay in touch just to check up on her. Once we were able to get back on track, she hit the ground running. We finally decided on a new build. Picking a lot unseen sounds crazy to most people, but we had Erin! She scouted different lots and videotaped them from all angles. In the end, we went with her recommendation for the lot, and it was the best thing we could have done. She was our representative at every meeting throughout the building process, which allowed us to attend virtually. She advocated for us when necessary and made sure we had answers in a timely manner. The most amazing part is all of this was happening during COVID! We will forever be grateful for her help and guidance. Moving and building a new house with 2 small children in the middle of COVID would be a recipe for disaster, but Erin made it so easy. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

My experience has been nothing short of wonderful. As you can imagine, the market in Austin has never been this crazy and on top of that, looking for a home hundreds of miles away is certainly not an easy task. But Erin Rost has made it possible! Since January of this year, the video conference calls in the middle of Pandemic are something I really appreciate. Erin has been quick to respond to my calls, easy to work with, and never did she push me to sign on a house that I was not entirely sure about. While I lost hope, Erin lifted the spirits, and finally, when we did visit Austin to see the homes in person, the first home (literally the first home) we saw after landing from the airport is the one we signed and became a proud owner of. Really happy about the experience and proud to be working with Realty Austin.
