We were extremely pleased with Erin Rost and her diligence in finding us a Lake Travis home. She was patient and quickly came to understand what was important to us. When we landed on the home we ultimately closed on, she really earned her stripes in dealing with a Seller who was difficult and a Seller's agent who was inexperienced and related to Seller. Erin Rost with Realty Austin, on the Jane and Erin team recently helped us sell and purchase our new home. We sold our house in Round Rock and purchased in Georgetown. We have been working with them for quite some time, as we started the process of looking in 2014. From the beginning, they were very insightful on different opportunities and showed patience when we were taking our time to find the perfect living arrangement. When it came time to sell, Erin was very active in helping us stage our home, helped us get through closing our previous house without any hiccup, and kept the lines of communication open between us, the buyer and their realtor representative. They were quick to put a "coming soon" sign up, and help provide us with an accurate timeline on when to have the house ready. This actually helped us get a contract (For full asking price and fulfilled all of our terms) 3 days before the house officially went onto the market. In regards to purchasing our new home, Erin was very present and active in a majority of our meetings with the builder and walk-throughs to help us make the best decisions within our interests and helped identify different things we can look for. Upon
closing, at no fault of their own, our closing was delayed thanks to incompetent lenders, but Erin and her team dedicated their time during this delay to help them get their act together to prevent further delays in the process. As with any company, person or partnership, nothing/no one is perfect, and there are some areas of improvement. However, there is nothing great that comes to mind, and any challenges were met and rectified quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Erin and Jane and will do when the opportunity arises, to anyone who is willing to listen. They will help you sell, buy, or both and do it with great professionalism and be able to do so with keeping your best interests in mind.

Jane and Erin were absolutely hands down the BEST agents I have ever worked with! I started working with them from out of state just shy of a year ago. They knew exactly what I was looking for and kept my fully updated even before the property went on the market.
