We recently closed on our new home in Dripping Springs, TX in a very short two-week window thanks to the exceptional and efficient work of Erin Rost. Two years ago, we knew that we would need to relocate to the Austin area, and we were encouraged by our local agent in Fort Lauderdale to work with Realty Austin. We interviewed a few different Realtors from different realty companies and felt that Erin Rost was the best choice. After meeting her in person she consistently reached out to us for about a year and a half while we waited for our home to sell in South Florida. She subsequently answered all our inquiries and sent us frequent updates about your local market here so that we could be more educated on the Austin Hill Country targeted area. Because our home sold to a cash buyer and closed in only two weeks, our time to find and buy was equally short to avoid renting a place in between residences. needed for final inspection all printed out and ready to go. In this final phase of the buy, Erin really exceeded expectations again and was such a great advocate for us to make everything perfect in the physical sense of the house composition and the paper trails to wrap it all up. We had a very positive experience with Erin. She virtually went through the house buying
process with us 2 times since our first attempt to buy a house about a year ago, went through the entire process and fell through right before closing (because the seller couldn't get a clear title). Throughout both of these home buying experiences Erin demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, good communication skills, drive to get things done, an ability to be upbeat and pleasant through multiple ups and downs.
