Erin did a great job for us from the first call to us in Prescott, Arizona until our closing in Sun City. I believe it was a learning experience for all of us as we tried to navigate the home building process in Sun City. Erin was willing to intervene when needed and her support during the stressful times was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Erin as an agent to anyone looking purchase a home.

Jane did a great job. She had use back the entire time. She was very thorough and on top of things. I never met Erin, but could tell she was a strong part of the team.

We closed on our house in Cedar Park last week, and let me tell you... we feel SO lucky to have found Erin and Jane! They have been absolute joys to work with through the whole process. We are new to the area and didn't know much about Austin. Erin and Jane gave us
phenomenal tours of the neighborhoods and were able to pinpoint the best areas for us with school-age children. They really took the time to understood our needs and find us the right home. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to help them make the best decision. When it came time to execute on the sale and closing process, they were extremely responsive to any and all of our questions... and we had a lot! They were proactive in ensuring we were up to speed with what was going on in the process and advocated for us at every turn. We thank them for a wonderful experience and look forward to our continued friendship with them. They are both very special people. We are glad to have found them at Realty Austin.

We started working with Jane and Erin in April of 2012. They have been so patient with our needs, which were, to say, rapidly evolving. We appreciated their time and energy to cart us all over Austin in the hunt for the ideal property. Kudos to their support and leg work as we would quite often give her a list of MLS listings we were interested in viewing en route to properties! Ultimately we found the perfect property, entering them into a harrowing several month experience with a nasty listing agent (and similar seller) from another brokerage. Thank goodness for their perseverance and upbeat attitude to ensure we always were handled with dignity. They were always on top of their game between balance our calls/ texts/ emails in coordination with responses of the opposing broker. We loved working with Jane and Erin and consider them to be a friends whom we will always treasure. You are very lucky to have such a great team representing Realty Austin!
