Finding the right home for an out of state move with 2 kids through Covid within a small window was what we were looking at. We were not even sure if we could pull this off but decided to get the ball rolling. We found Kasey Gilliam and Eric Bramlett Partners Real Estate via a review based search (and we now know why she and her company feature at the top). Kasey patiently reviewed our requirements and helped narrow down the search areas to what we now know were perfect for us. Daily search results started coming in and we got to the "virtual tour+bidding" stage. Kasey and Mackenzie (Kasey's assistant) patiently walked through properties for us to view remotely and would always add comments on specifics which made our filtering much easier. With a fair idea of what to expect, thanks to the virtual tours and a couple of bids we had placed remotely, we came down to Austin for 3 weeks to continue the home search. Kasey and Mackenzie had already lined up 3 tours on the first day and the properties they chose matched almost our entire checklist. While bidding for the home we liked, Kasey was actually at the airport and about to get on a plane. She handled the paperwork from the gate and made sure that a clear and complete bid was put in place. That was the winning bid. The home we ended up with was the very first home we toured after landing in Austin. The floorplan, the neighborhood, the area.....everything was just what we wanted. Austin's real-estate market is hot, no doubt about that. But Kasey Gilliam of Bramlett Partners exceeded our expectations by a long shot when our house sold for almost 30 percent above the asking price. That outcome was the result of a lot of skill and effort on Kasey's part, beginning with the advice that she gave us about how much effort to put into preparing the house (she steered us away from unnecessary effort and expenses). It went on from there with systematic reminders about the documentation that was required of us, her arrangements for and supervision of excellent preparatory work (pre-inspection, landscaping, exterior pressure washing, window washing, interior cleaning, staging, and photography), her sage advice about pricing the house, and a marketing campaign that resulted in several offers above asking price. The best offer, which Kasey helped to secure, was almost too good to be true. But when she walked us through the details of the offer, we saw that it was solid, and accepted it. There were a couple of rough patches between signing the sales contract and closing the sale, but Kasey guided us through them (with more good advice) and brought the deal to fruition. On top of all that, Kasey is easy to work with, confident, and upbeat. When Kasey represents you, you are in the best of hands.
