KASEY GILLIAM was so amazing that it took me a while to write this review because it was hard to put all that she did for me into words!!! Even though I work in the industry, once I was in the shoes of the buyer things were still nerve-wrecking. Kasey is responsive, runs a schedule, and she shows up SO prepared---she knew everything about the house when we went on a viewing, understood and LISTENED to what was important to me in a home and so she knew what to point out on the tours (things I would like/not like etc.). There were also many cases where Kasey brought up concerns to me on the property that I didn't think of---this meant a lot to me because it showed just how much she cared (was more concerned with me getting into a home I loved even after closing than just making a quick sale). When I was nervous about signing or saying "okay lets do this" she was there---with ZERO pressure---giving me the nudge that I needed because it was a great deal/house. When the builder had to change things or when issues arose she was RIGHT there on the phone talking me through it and talking me off of many metaphorical cliffs :). She is the best of the best in Austin and I will always refer her and use her as long as I am buying houses. Thank you Kasey!!! You helped make my dreams come true!!!
