Kiel Schmidt brings over a decade of experience in sales training, leadership, and multi-unit management to his role as a REALTOR® and Agent Success Manager at Bramlett Residential. With a background that includes leadership roles at companies like P&G and Mars Inc., Kiel built a reputation for coaching teams, solving complex challenges, and driving performance—skills that now directly benefit his clients and agents.

Since moving to Austin in 2012, Kiel has embraced everything the city has to offer—from live music and local food to endless trails and swimming holes. He’s known for his straightforward, service-first approach, blending strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the local market. Whether helping buyers and sellers navigate big decisions or supporting agents behind the scenes, Kiel stays focused on creating real results and long-term relationships.

He lives in Austin with his wife and kids. When he's not working, Kiel’s usually out exploring Central Texas with his family or catching a live show. A longtime fan of music in all forms, he’s built an extensive vinyl collection over the years and never passes up a chance to dig through crates. From hiking and swimming to discovering new venues, he takes full advantage of everything Austin has to offer.
