We couldn't have been happier with Tara McGuire and Bramlett for our first home-buying experience! Tara is extremely organized, uber-responsive, and has this process down - all of which made me feel very confident from the start. Plus, she's super friendly and fun to hang out with while looking at houses. She turned around our offer in less than 24 hours (!) and when it was accepted she had her inspector there the next day; she even called her foundation expert for a second opinion. In the meantime she gave us her top recommendations for lenders and insurance (all of whom were great). She thinks of everything and is well-connected. The process really couldn't have been smoother from start to finish and I know it is ALL thanks to Tara. I highly, highly recommend her!!

Tara was the perfect realtor for us. We were out of town buyers. She listened to our needs and area location. She scheduled the showings so that we were able to make a selection the first day . She handled the paperwork so that a month's closing occurred. Tara was responsive, on time, professional, and very helpful. She moved us through in the fast pace that we needed. It was a joy to work with someone who was so skilled in getting the house we wanted at a good price. She and her team handled all of our questions promptly and were wonderful resource people for our new community. Therefore, we believe that we found the best realtor in Austin!

Tara McGuire and the fine folks at Bramlett were amazing during the sale of my mother's house. There was no pressure to go under contract to list the house before we were ready. Once under contract her team kept me informed of the process and most of the paper work was done electronically which was a time saver for me. Tara provided lists of contractors to help with some of the work we needed done before listing. Throughout the process including closing, Tara was respectful and compassionate and flexible. Even after we closed and when all was said and done, Tara helped me out with other paperwork I needed to get together. I definitely will use her for any future real estate needs!

Her referrals have been great and so appreciated! Tara was outstanding! She was resourceful, patient, and thorough, from beginning to end. We honestly probably wouldn't be in this home and had such an amazing experience with the entire process without her! We cannot recommend her highly enough.
